Louis Hollingsworth
Louis Hollingsworth was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona.
A graduate of the University of Arizona, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980, and a Juris Doctor in 1986.
Mr. Hollingsworth began his legal career as a Deputy County Attorney in the Pima County Attorney's office. After five years as a prosecutor he became a private attorney, with an emphasis in personal injury.
Since 2002, Mr. Hollingsworth has been awarded an A-V rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating possible by the most respected national attorney-rating firm. The "A" rating is the highest awarded for skill level while the "V" rating represents the highest score attainable for a lawyer's ethics. The rating is awarded based on a confidential peer review process.
"When I represent people who are injured I have one goal in mind-to make things right for them after all they've been through," says Mr. Hollingsworth. "Although most people recover from an injury, some, unfortunately, will have to live with pain for the rest of their lives. We prepare our cases knowing that if we have to, we will take them all the way to trial to achieve justice for our injured clients."

Michael F. Kelly
Michael Kelly was a prosecutor for the Pima County Attorney's Office for five years, concentrating his efforts on homicide and gang prosecutions. In his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Kelly tried over 65 felony jury cases and earned the 2006 "Top Gun Award" for Deputy Pima County Trial Attorney of the Year.
Mr. Kelly is looking forward to putting his litigation experience to work for injured plaintiffs. "Representing people who are injured as a result of another's negligence is similar to the work I did as a prosecutor," says Mr. Kelly. "Even though I represented the People as a deputy county attorney, my goal was to achieve a sense of justice for victims who were affected by a bad event. With that in mind, I'm looking forward to being in the courtroom on the side of the injured plaintiff, to achieve justice for them, for the injuries they innocently have to bear, and for the pain and suffering they have to live with, often for the rest of their lives."
A native of Tucson, Mr. Kelly began studying theatre arts at the University of Arizona before switching to the Business College. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2001. He was awarded a Juris Doctor, also from the University of Arizona, in 2004.
